WHo We Are

Pond Hill Pavilion is a family-run event venue and wedding vendor outside Albany NY. We are a private residence that specializes in the personal touches and intricate details of the weddings and events we host. As we are a private venue, we do not over-book our weekends, and we allow couples and bridal parties to take their time with every aspect of their big day. We are laid-back, fun, and enjoy having a good time and planning family-oriented affairs. We pride ourselves on working with brides to create the rustically elegant outdoor wedding of their dreams. Are you tired of cookie-cutter country club weddings with minimal options and strict timelines? Come take a tour of Pond Hill! We would be happy to work with you and bring your vision to life! We allow brides to pick color schemes, decorating elements, flowers and more! Choose your own wedding catering and music, and control what you spend on food and entertaining. Our Capabilities

The banquet room inside our pavilion comfortably seats 150 wedding guests! We do weddings and events from approximately 50 people to our maximum of 150 people, and our venue rental fee is based upon the number of guests. We also have a full commercial kitchen with hookups for any off-site caterer of your choosing! We own our tables, chairs, and fine china for our events, and we house them on site as well.

Pond Hill Is Not Just For Weddings!

Our Season & Hours

Pond Hill is open from May through October, and we schedule one large event per weekend of our season - allowing room for rain dates, wedding photography, set-up and rehearsals! We aim to be as customer-friendly as we can be, while delivering personal and professional service. We do continue to host tours during our off-season (weather-permitting), so just give us a shout via email if you’d like to schedule one!

WEdding Catering

All of the events at Pond Hill must be catered. We welcome any board-certified caterer to work with us, and we host both buffet style banquets, as well as full formal sit-down dinners. We also allow catered platters for smaller events such as baby and bridal showers.
